Als Sales Support Engineer ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het interne verkoopteam. Je ondersteunt internationale verkooptrajecten en zorgt ervoor dat technische informatie correct en duidelijk wordt vertaald naar sterke commerciële voorstellen. Je werkt nauw samen met sales, engineering en calculatie en draagt actief bij aan het succes van projecten.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Uitwerken van offertes op basis van plannen, technische dossiers en contractuele documenten
  • Afstemmen met engineering en calculatie voor technische onderbouwing en kostprijsbepaling
  • Ondersteunen van de salesafdeling en externe vertegenwoordigers bij lopende dossiers
  • Opvolgen van leads en commerciële trajecten van aanvraag tot aanbieding
  • Onderhouden van professioneel contact met klanten via mail, telefoon en online meetings
  • Coördineren van de ontwikkeling van model- en testopstellingen samen met de prototype-afdeling
  • Sporadisch deelnemen aan klantenbezoeken of vakbeurzen
  • Meedenken over technische oplossingen en optimalisaties binnen het verkoopproces

Je wordt grondig ingewerkt via on-the-job training en kan rekenen op ondersteuning binnen een open en toegankelijke organisatiestructuur.

Je combineert technisch inzicht met een commerciële ingesteldheid en bent gemotiveerd om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen een internationale context.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels. Basiskennis Frans.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office
  • Technisch inzicht en het vermogen om plannen en technische documenten te begrijpen
  • Leergierige, proactieve en gestructureerde werkhouding
  • Oog voor detail en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Ervaring in een technische of commerciële functie is een plus, maar geen vereiste
