Do you get energy from customer contact and working in a service-oriented way? As Sales Support Executive, you're the link between our customers and our Sales team. Do you have an eye for detail, enjoy helping people, and like making administrative processes run smoothly? Then this role is perfect for you! Job description - As Sales Support Executive, you work closely with the Sales team to make sure customers receive the best possible service. You support the team in handling customer enquiries, preparing quotes and orders, and processing orders. You ensure smooth communication with customers and keep both customers and the Sales team informed of important information. - You're also a key link between the Sales team and Order Management. You stay in close contact with Order Management about the progress of ongoing orders and projects. In the weekly production meeting, you align on the current status and make sure the relevant information is then shared within the Sales team. That way, everyone knows what's going on and customer enquiries can be followed up properly and on time. - In addition, you keep customer data up to date and make sure the administration is in order. You're responsible for sending quotes and order confirmations to customers on time, responding to customer enquiries (by email and phone) appropriately and promptly, and creating posts for LinkedIn and the website. Each week, you take part in a meeting about ongoing projects and take the minutes. - You'll also get the chance to learn how to create lighting plans.
