Ben jij een communicatieve en klantgerichte professional met liefde voor sales? Zoek je een functie waarin je jezelf kunt ontwikkelen en bijdragen aan de groei van een gezond KMO? Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou!

Als Sales Support werk je nauw samen met de accountmanagers, waarbij je een onmisbare steunfunctie vervult. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor hun klanten met betrekking tot geplaatste bestellingen en bouwt vertrouwensrelaties op. Je verzorgt de verkoopadministratie in ons ERP-systeem Odoo. Deze veelzijdige rol omvat onder andere de volgende taken:

  • ? Opstellen van offertes en verwerken van orders.
  • ?? Regelen en opvolgen van transporten.
  • ?? Opvolgen van leveringstermijnen en betalingen.
  • ?? Aanbieden van oplossingen bij eventuele problemen.
  • ?? Onderhouden van contact met klanten via telefoon en e-mail.
  • ??? Nauwkeurige en correcte afhandeling van klantendossiers.
  • ?? Opbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties.

Profiel

Wij zoeken een kandidaat die:

  • ??? Vloeiend of tweetalig is in het Nederlands en Engels. Nog een extra West-Europese taal? Dat is een grote plus!
  • ?? Eerdere ervaring heeft in een administratieve functie.
  • ?? Sociale, communicatieve en klantgerichte vaardigheden bezit.
  • ??? Goed georganiseerd, stressbestendig en zelfstandig is.
  • ?? Een moderne, digitale reflex heeft en vertrouwd is met computergebruik, Microsoft Office en CRM-tools.
