Je bekijkt eerst de nieuwste B2B-leads in SalesForce en controleert of alle klantgegevens compleet zijn. Je werkt in een operationele en projectmatige omgeving, dus je pakt gestructureerd je takenlijst erbij. Je houdt klantinformatie bij, past gegevens aan en analyseert data zodat je sales collega's met de juiste informatie werken. Tussendoor maak je je snel nieuwe werkwijzen en systemen eigen, binnen de duidelijke kaders die er zijn. Later op de dag beantwoord je telefoontjes en e-mails van klanten. Je vraagt ontbrekende informatie uit en koppelt helder terug, zodat vragen snel en netjes worden afgehandeld. Ondertussen registreer en volg je zakelijke leads in SalesForce, zodat geen kans verloren gaat. Je verwerkt claims uit promoties en acties, controleert orderstatus en voorraden en zorgt dat alles correct in de systemen staat. Je ondersteunt field sales met ad-hoc informatie, helpt bij forecasting en hebt contact met logistieke partners, zodat afspraken goed verlopen. Aan het einde van je werkdag zie je direct resultaat in tevreden collega's en klanten, en ga je met een goed gevoel naar huis.
