Jobomschrijving

  • Je beheert het volledige administratieve luik van hetsalesteam: offertes opstellen, contracten voorbereiden, orders opvolgen en alles nauwkeurig registreren.
  • Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en partners, zowel telefonisch als via mail, en zorgt voor een vriendelijke, professionele opvolging.
  • Je waakt over lopende dossiers, signaleert vertragingen en zorgt ervoor dat deadlines ook effectief gehaald worden.
  • Je ondersteunt commerciële acties door brochures, presentaties en rapporteringen klaar te zetten.
  • Je werkt intensief samen met marketing, logistiek en sales om processen te stroomlijnen en efficiënter te maken.
  • Je monitort KPI's en maakt samenvattingen voor het management zodat het team de juiste strategische keuzes kan maken.
  • Heeft idealiter een eerste ervaring binnen administratie of commerciële support en voelt zich thuis in een rol waar structuur en klantgerichtheid samenkomen.
  • Communiceert helder, warm en professioneel, en vindt het leuk om klanten echt verder te helpen.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig, is georganiseerd en kan gemakkelijk prioriteiten inschatten in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Leert snel en voelt zich comfortabel met moderne digitale tools en CRM-systemen.
  • Denkt proactief mee, toont ownership en voelt zich goed in een cultuur waar initiatief wordt aangemoedigd.
  • Past perfect in een energieke, jonge werkomgeving waar teamwork centraal staat.
