Voor een familiale onderneming actief in technische installatieoplossingen, die al decennialang kwaliteitsvolle merken vertegenwoordigt in de Benelux, zoeken we een gedreven sales support medewerker. Vanuit een kantoor in de Kempen bedien je groothandels, installateurs, aannemers en studiebureaus in België en Luxemburg. Je komt terecht in een team dat volop inzet op innovatie en groei, terwijl de kernwaarden overeind blijven: dicht bij de klant staan, met diepgaande kennis van zaken en een uitstekende service.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je maakt calculaties en offertes op voor technische projecten.
  • Je tekent legplannen uit en geeft technisch advies aan klanten.
  • Je volgt projecten zelfstandig op van A tot Z.
  • Je beheert aankoopcontacten met leveranciers, onderhandelt over prijzen en levertermijnen en verzorgt de administratieve afwerking van bestellingen.
  • Je vangt klanten op, begeleidt en adviseert hen per telefoon en e-mail.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding, bij voorkeur een bachelor of graduaat in een richting zoals installatietechnieken, energietechnieken, bouw en infra of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in installatietechniek, groothandel of studiedienst is een pluspunt, maar een gemotiveerde starter krijgt evengoed een kans.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een teamspeler.
  • Frans is voor jou geen probleem, gezien de klanten in België en Luxemburg actief zijn.
  • Je bent klantgericht en maakt technische informatie begrijpelijk voor anderen.
