CTRL@pply – Heb je interesse in IT en hou je van uitdaging en dynamiek? Dan hebben wij de perfecte job voor jou! Voor een innovatief bedrijf in Pelt zijn we op zoek naar een sales support medewerker die van A tot Z het sales proces opvolgt. Jij floreert in volgend takenpakket:

  • Productbeheer: Je denkt mee over de beste inkooplocaties en zorgt voor een vlotte levering van producten aan onze klanten.
  • Documentverwerking: Je verstuurt garanties, carepacks, licenties en andere productgerelateerde documenten naar klanten om hun ervaring te verbeteren.
  • Orderverwerking: Jij verwerkt orders en volgt bestellingen op om een tijdige levering te garanderen.
  • Klantbeheer: Jij ondersteunt de Accountmanager en handelt klantvragen snel en efficiënt af.
  • Systeembeheer: Je beheert online portalen, klantkaarten in CRM en zorgt ervoor dat artikelgegevens en adressen altijd up-to-date zijn.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Jij signaleert inefficiënties in werkprocessen en denkt actief mee om verbeteringen door te voeren. Je speelt een essentiële rol in het stroomlijnen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

Jij bent communicatief sterk, weet van aanpakken en bent een toffe collega? Top! Dit zijn allemaal aspecten die we in de nieuwe sales support medewerker zoeken. Wat nog meer:

  • Een Bachelordiploma of Bachelordenkniveau, check!
  • Minimaal een eerste werkervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie
  • Je hebt interesse in de IT-sector en bent nieuwsgierig om hierin bij te leren
  • Je overtuigt klanten over de waarde van onze oplossingen en kan technische informatie helder én enthousiast overbrengen.
  • Multitasker, klantgericht, leergierig en proactief omschrijven jou helemaal!
  • Je komt terecht in een internationale firma waarbij je je vlot moet kunnen uitdrukken in het Nederlands & Engels
  • Naast werken met MS Office heb je idealiter ook ervaring met werken in Navision
