Ben jij administratief sterk, klantgericht en vind je het leuk om een salesteam te ondersteunen? Dan is deze functie als Sales Support Medewerker misschien iets voor jou.

Voor een groeiende, internationale organisatie in Oud-Beijerland zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega die ervoor zorgt dat het verkoopproces soepel verloopt. Je komt direct in dienst bij de opdrachtgever en gaat werken in een informeel team waar samenwerking en eigen verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

- Verwerken en opvolgen van klantorders; - Opstellen en verwerken van offertes en verkoopdocumenten; - Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten per e-mail en telefoon; - Bijhouden en verwerken van klantgegevens; - Ondersteunen van het salesteam bij dagelijkse werkzaamheden; - Contact onderhouden met klanten over bestellingen en leveringen; - Signaleren van bijzonderheden en deze intern afstemmen; - Meedenken over hoe processen en de klantbeleving verbeterd kunnen worden.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je hebt veel contact met verschillende collega's en klanten en krijgt de ruimte om steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op te pakken.

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand die nauwkeurig, communicatief en servicegericht is. Je vindt het prettig om overzicht te houden en krijgt energie van een afwisselende functie waarin administratie en klantcontact samenkomen.

Daarnaast:

- Heb je minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau; - Heb je bij voorkeur enige ervaring in sales support, commerciële binnendienst, administratie of klantenservice; - Ben je nauwkeurig en georganiseerd; - Spreek en schrijf je goed Nederlands; - Kun je je goed redden in het Duits; - Ben je minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar.

Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker niet het belangrijkste. Ben je gemotiveerd, leergierig en heb je affiniteit met sales en administratie? Dan nodigen we je ook van harte uit om te reageren.
