The posting

Als Sales Support Coördinator ondersteun je het commerciële team en zorg je dat alles achter de schermen soepel verloopt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor onder andere de administratie rondom trainingen, contracten en inkooporders. Ook beheer je de salesmailbox, houd je het CRM systeem bij en ondersteun je bij offertes.

Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende collega’s en houdt goed overzicht. Je denkt vooruit, signaleert wat er moet gebeuren en zorgt dat alles op tijd geregeld is. Zo kan het commerciële team zich volledig richten op klanten en groei.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkzaamheden zijn breed en afwisselend. Je beheert zelfstandig verschillende commerciële en administratieve processen, waaronder:

Trainingen • Coördinatie van trainingen, van offerte en inschrijving tot planning en organisatie. • Beheer van de trainingsmailbox en contact met deelnemers en klanten. • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes, verwerken van inschrijvingen en verzorgen van certificaten. • Ontvangst van deelnemers en regelen van praktische zaken, zoals lunch.

Contracten en inkooporders • Bewaken van contracten, looptijden en verlengmomenten. • Bijhouden van de contractadministratie en voorbereiden van benodigde documenten. • Opvragen en opvolgen van ontbrekende inkooporders en getekende opdrachten.

Offertes en commerciële ondersteuning • Opstellen en actief opvolgen van offertes. • Ondersteuning van Sales, New Business en Customer Success bij commerciële en administratieve werkzaamheden. • Bewaken van acties en afspraken.

Salesmailbox en CRM • Beheren en beoordelen van de centrale salesmailbox. • Doorzetten van aanvragen naar de juiste collega en bewaken van de opvolging. • Verwerken en bijhouden van klant- en commerciële gegevens in het CRM.

Organisatie • Ondersteuning bij klantevenementen, relatiedagen en andere commerciële activiteiten. • Regelen van praktische zaken rondom klantafspraken en bijeenkomsten. • Ondersteuning bij overige administratieve en organisatorische werkzaamheden.
