Jobomschrijving

  • Ondersteunen van de externesalesafdeling in hun dagelijkse werking
  • Opvolgen en coördineren van aanbestedingen (o.a. ziekenhuizen, overheden, openbare instellingen)
  • Analyseren van aanvragen en verzamelen van relevante data voor dossiers
  • Opstellen van offertes met aandacht voor zowel nauwkeurigheid als commerciële impact
  • Beheren van key account dossiers (rapportering, analyses, prijsstructuren, marges, etc.)
  • Voorbereiden en organiseren van klantbezoeken en commerciële meetings
  • Up-to-date houden van klantgegevens, assortimenten en prijsinformatie
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol
  • Ervaring in voeding/vlees is een sterke troef
  • Vlot tweetalig (Nederlands & Frans)
  • Sterke kennis van Excel (formules, draaitabellen, data-analyse)
  • Commercieel ingesteld met oog voor detail
  • Analytisch, kritisch en sterk organisatorisch
  • Proactieve mindset en verantwoordelijkheidszin
