Heb je ervaring met SAP en Excel en communiceer je vlot in het Engels? Wil je klanten ondersteunen én salesprocessen mee opvolgen? Dan is deze functie als Sales Assistant iets voor jou!

Als Sales Support Medewerker ondersteun je het commerciële team bij de dagelijkse opvolging van internationale klanten, bestellingen en commerciële dossiers. In deze functie ligt de nadruk op sales support, administratieve opvolging en klantgerichte ondersteuning.

  • Je ondersteunt de accountmanager bij de opvolging van internationale B2B-klanten, offertes, bestellingen en commerciële projecten.
  • Je beheert een aantal internationale key accounts vanuit een customer service- en salesondersteunende rol.
  • Je verwerkt en volgt klantorders nauwgezet op in SAP en bewaakt een correcte administratieve afhandeling.
  • Je analyseert voorraad-, aankoop- en verkoopgegevens in Excel en SAP en verwerkt deze tot bruikbare inzichten voor het salesteam.
  • Je ondersteunt bij productintroducties en productlanceringen en volgt de commerciële resultaten op aan de hand van KPI's.
  • Je onderhoudt klantgegevens, opportuniteiten en projectinformatie in Salesforce.
  • Je werkt dagelijks samen met aankoop, finance, logistiek en sales om klanten de best mogelijke service te bieden.
  • Je communiceert voornamelijk via e-mail en Microsoft Teams met klanten, distributeurs en partners binnen verschillende Europese markten.

Jouw profiel als Sales Assistant / Sales Support Medewerker / Commercieel Administratief Medewerker

  • Je hebt ervaring met SAP en gebruikt het vlot voor orderverwerking en administratieve opvolging.
  • Je werkt sterk met Excel en hebt ervaring met het analyseren van data en rapporteringen.
  • Je communiceert professioneel in het Engels en het Nederlands, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
  • Ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst, sales support of customer service omgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met orderbeheer, klantenopvolging en administratieve verwerking binnen een B2B-context.
  • Ervaring met Salesforce of een ander CRM-systeem is een meerwaarde.
  • Je kan KPI's interpreteren, opvolgen en rapporteren.
  • Kennis van een andere taal vormt een extra troef.
  • Affiniteit met marketing, productintroducties of go-to-marketactiviteiten is een pluspunt.
