Als Sales Support Medewerker ondersteun je het verkoopproces en zorg je ervoor dat klanten snel en professioneel worden geholpen. Zo draag je iedere dag bij aan succesvolle samenwerkingen. Wat ga je doen? Als Sales Support Medewerker ondersteun je de commerciële activiteiten voor onze opdrachtgever. Je verwerkt offertes en orders, houdt klantgegevens actueel en beantwoordt vragen over producten, prijzen en levertijden. Je werkt nauw samen met de accountmanagers en zorgt ervoor dat het verkoopproces soepel verloopt. Daarbij bewaak je de voortgang van aanvragen en onderhoud je contact met klanten en leveranciers. Je werkt met CRM- en ERP-systemen en zorgt voor een correcte administratie. Daarnaast signaleer je commerciële kansen en denk je mee over het verbeteren van de dienstverlening. Je stelt rapportages op, ondersteunt bij klantacties en zorgt ervoor dat klanten altijd kunnen rekenen op een snelle en passende oplossing. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte instelling en organisatorische vaardigheden verloopt het commerciële proces efficiënt. Jouw werkzaamheden - Verwerken van offertes en orders; - Ondersteunen van accountmanagers bij commerciële werkzaamheden; - Onderhouden van contact met klanten en leveranciers; - Beantwoorden van vragen over producten, prijzen en levertijden; - Beheren van klantgegevens in CRM- en ERP-systemen; - Bewaken van de voortgang van aanvragen en bestellingen; - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en meedenken over procesverbeteringen.
