En als International Sales Support Medewerker speel jij een cruciale rol in het waarmaken van die belofte. Vanuit ons prachtige kantoor in de Houthavens van Amsterdam werk je samen met collega's uit sales en inkoop om onze klanten optimaal te ondersteunen. Met jouw organisatorisch talent, oog voor detail en commercieel instinct draag je bij aan het succes van Canenco en onze klanten. Waar ben je verantwoordelijk voor als Sales Support Medewerker? In een snel veranderende markt is overzicht houden essentieel - en daar kom jij in beeld. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het verkoopproces soepel verloopt, van de eerste order tot de uiteindelijke levering. Samen met de verkoopdirecteur en accountmanagers ben je verantwoordelijk voor een aantal specifieke landen en klanten. Een offerte opstellen, een order bewaken, contact houden met de klant - voor jou draait alles om overzicht en communicatie. Wanneer een klant interesse toont in een product, verzamel jij de benodigde informatie en zorg je voor een vlekkeloze offerte. Tegelijkertijd houd je een lopend ordertraject strak in de gaten: jij bewaakt de deadlines, houdt contact met de afdelingen inkoop en supply chain, onderhoudt contact met logistieke partners (zoals het externe magazijn) en zorgt dat de klant op de hoogte blijft van elke stap in het proces. Met jouw oog voor detail en heldere communicatie verloopt alles soepel en voelen klanten zich volledig ondersteund. Maar jouw rol als Sales Support Medewerker gaat verder dan alleen administratie.
