Sales Support Medewerker Nieuw Houten € 59.700 p/j Als medewerker Sales Support controleer je een aangeleverde verkooporder en alle documenten die daarbij horen, maar bovenal ben je verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren van (en het bijsturen op) het interne orderproces en het opvolgen van klachten na levering van onze toestellen. Je houdt jezelf constant op de hoogte van de status van orders en schakelt met collega's van de afdeling Sales & Operations (S&OP) én Accountmanagers om de verwachtingen van klanten waar te kunnen maken en verwachtingen te managen waar nodig. Dit doe je door ervoor te zorgen dat onze Accountmanagers volledig op de hoogte zijn van de status van orders, levertijden, beschikbaarheid van producten en eventueel verouderde offertes. Door jouw inzet kunnen wij een optimale klantbeleving garanderen! Daarnaast houd je je bezig met het optimaliseren van de verschillende werkprocessen op de afdeling door feedback te verzamelen bij onze Accountmanagers, klanten en interne collega's zodat wij als afdeling en als organisatie iedere dag weer een beetje beter worden. Samengevat; een uitdagende baan op een centrale plek binnen onze organisatie! Jouw sportieve uitdaging: Je verwerkt orders, controleert gegevens en zorgt ervoor dat alle gemaakte afspraken correct worden vertaald naar een succesvolle levering. Nieuwe aanvragen registreer je zorgvuldig en zet je door naar de juiste accountmanager, zodat het verkoopproces soepel van start gaat. Als Sales Support Medewerker ben je het verlengstuk van de accountmanagers. Terwijl zij zich richten op klantrelaties en verkoop, zorg jij ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlekkeloos verloopt. Je stemt af met afdelingen zoals Ordermanagement, Planning & Finance en bewaakt de voortgang van toekomstige leveringen van order tot oplevering.
