Over de functie Als Sales Support Technical bij deze groothandel ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega's als het gaat om technische vragen en ondersteuning. Je combineert jouw technische kennis met klantgericht werken, waardoor je zorgt dat projecten soepel verlopen en klanten optimaal geholpen worden. In jouw werkdag beantwoord je vragen via mail en telefoon, stel je offertes op en volg je deze op, en vertaal je productinformatie naar begrijpelijke taal voor klanten. Je beheert bestel- en leveringsprocessen en ondersteunt bij het lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen. Je werkt samen binnen een enthousiast team op kantoor, met mogelijkheden om een dag thuis te werken. Jouw takenpakket zal bestaan uit: - Orders en offertes invoeren (licht codeer werk) - Bijhouden van binnenkomende mail en verdelen over de juiste boxen - Werken met Microsoft Dynamics F&O (ons ERP systeem) - Werken met Excel - Productinformatie vertalen en toelichten aan klanten - Bestel- en leveringsprocessen beheren - Technische tekeningen lezen en interpreteren Voorkeur gaat uit naar fulltime maar 32 uur per week is bespreekbaar.
