Voor één van onze klanten zijn we op zoek naar een Sales Support Medewerker die graag klantencontact combineert met een stevige portie administratie. Je komt terecht in een team van 8 collega's en krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij nauwkeurigheid, klantgerichtheid en een goede opvolging centraal staan.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma en hebt bij voorkeur een eerste relevante ervaring binnen customer service, sales support of orderverwerking.
  • Je bent sterk in administratie en kunt vlot omgaan met een complexe klantenomgeving met veel verschillende dossiers en afspraken.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel, waaronder draaitabellen.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, behoudt het overzicht en bent tegelijk klantgericht en communicatief sterk.

Wat bieden wij je?

  • Een voltijdse functie met optie vast na een succesvolle interimperiode.
  • Een bruto maandloon tussen €3.200 en €4.000, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring.
  • Werkuren binnen een bereik van 7.30 tot 17.30 uur, waarbij het team onderling afstemt wie vroeger of later start.
  • Na de inwerkperiode is 1 dag thuiswerk per week mogelijk.
  • Je komt terecht in een team van 8 medewerkers.
  • Een veelzijdige functie waarin klantencontact, administratie en commerciële ondersteuning samenkomen.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je verwerkt orders en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van klantendossiers.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten en volgt specifieke afspraken en uitzonderingen per klant nauwkeurig op.
  • Je ondersteunt verschillende interne afdelingen en maakt rapportages op voor Sales en Accounting.
  • Je bewaakt een correcte opvolging en speelt vlot in op vragen of wijzigingen van klanten.
  • Je ondersteunt waar nodig je collega’s en fungeert af en toe als back-up voor de receptie.
