Als Sales Operations Medewerker zit je dicht op onze klanten, accountmanagers en partners. Je zorgt niet alleen dat het salesproces goed verloopt, maar kijkt ook actief waar commerciële kansen liggen. Je pakt klantvragen op, volgt offertes op, denkt mee over oplossingen en weet wanneer een klant klaar is voor een volgende stap. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waarin veel op kantoor wordt gewerkt. Daardoor leer je snel: van ervaren collega's, maar ook door zelf aan de slag te gaan. Je maakt kennis met onze systemen, klanten, partners en de verschillende oplossingen die we bieden. Een mooie plek om een stevige basis in sales op te bouwen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een commerciële omgeving. Maastricht Contracttype: Contract van bepaalde duur Vacature-ID: 81669 Jouw job. - Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en begeleidt hen bij vragen, aanvragen en het bestellen van onze producten en diensten. - Je ondersteunt het volledige salesproces: van het inventariseren van een klantvraag en het maken van een offerte tot de opvolging en uiteindelijke order. - Je volgt offertes actief op en neemt contact op met klanten om te bespreken wat de volgende stap is. - Je signaleert commerciële kansen en bespreekt deze met de accountmanager of pakt ze, waar passend, zelf op. - Je begeleidt klanten die nog weinig digitaal bestellen richting een eigen ingerichte webshop en helpt bij de inrichting daarvan. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verkoopproces van klanten die geen dedicated accountmanager hebben en bouwt deze klantrelaties verder uit. - Je bewaakt afspraken en voortgang en zorgt dat commerciële kansen niet blijven liggen.
