Jouw werkzaamheden Als Sales Support Medewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel. Van het eerste klantcontact tot aan de uiteindelijke levering zorg jij ervoor dat alles soepel, zorgvuldig en klantgericht verloopt. Je schakelt dagelijks met klanten, accountmanagers en verschillende interne afdelingen, waardoor je precies weet wat er speelt en snel kunt inspelen op vragen of wijzigingen. Je houdt overzicht, verwerkt informatie correct en denkt mee over passende oplossingen voor klanten. Daarbij kom je terecht in een jong en collegiaal team waar samenwerking centraal staat en waar je volop ruimte krijgt om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen via trainingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten; - Je vertaalt klantwensen naar geschikte producten en eventuele maatwerkoplossingen; - Je signaleert commerciële mogelijkheden en bespreekt deze met de accountmanagers; - Je beantwoordt klantvragen en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking; - Je stelt offertes op en verwerkt deze nauwkeurig in de syst...
