Als Sales & Support Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en ondersteun je het volledige commerciële proces van offerte tot levering.

Je combineert een klantgerichte aanpak met een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging en zorgt ervoor dat klanten steeds kunnen rekenen op een professionele service.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Je stelt offertes op en volgt deze proactief op
  • Je verwerkt inkomende bestellingen en bewaakt een correcte opvolging
  • Je adviseert klanten over prijzen, producten en (basis)technische specificaties
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met bestaande klanten en bouwt sterke relaties uit
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en denkt actief mee over verdere groei
  • Je ondersteunt de commerciële werking met een correcte administratieve verwerking
  • Je werkt mee aan marketingmateriaal zoals brochures, banners, visuals, website en sociale media
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan je verantwoordelijke en denkt mee over verbeteringen binnen de commerciële werking

Kortom: jij bent de schakel die ervoor zorgt dat klanten zich gehoord voelen én dat alles achter de schermen vlot verloopt. Je bent iemand die energie haalt uit klantencontact, graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zich thuis voelt in een dynamische KMO.

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
