Jouw rol

Als Sales Support Medewerker ben jij de administratieve ruggengraat van ons salesproces. Jij ondersteunt de salesafdelingen door orders en klantvragen efficiënt te verwerken en op te volgen. Je administratieve vaardigheden, gecombineerd met een scherpe focus op procesverbetering, zorgen ervoor dat het salesproces soepel verloopt en de klantbeleving optimaal blijft. Je werkt binnen de Operations-afdeling en rapporteert aan de Teamleader Operations.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Procesoptimalisatie: Jij signaleert inefficiënties in werkprocessen en denkt actief mee om verbeteringen door te voeren. Je speelt een essentiële rol in het stroomlijnen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Productbeheer: Je denkt mee over de beste inkooplocaties en zorgt voor een vlotte levering van producten aan onze klanten.
  • Documentverwerking: Je verstuurt garanties, carepacks, licenties en andere productgerelateerde documenten naar klanten om hun ervaring te verbeteren.
  • Orderverwerking: Jij verwerkt orders (online, offline, decentrale en intercompany) en volgt bestellingen op om een tijdige levering te garanderen.
  • Cloudtransacties & Services: Je verwerkt cloudtransacties en recurring services, en werkt nauw samen met de Accountmanager om annuleringen af te handelen.
  • Klantbeheer: Jij ondersteunt de Accountmanager en handelt klantvragen snel en efficiënt af.
  • Systeembeheer: Je beheert Bechtle.com-portalen, klantkaarten in CRM en zorgt ervoor dat artikelgegevens en adressen altijd up-to-date zijn.
  • Efficiëntie bevorderen: Je voert workflow- en procesupdates uit om de efficiëntie te verhogen en administratieve processen soepel te laten verlopen.

Jouw profiel

  • Opleiding: Je hebt minimaal bachelor werk- en denkniveau en beschikt over de juiste kennis en vaardigheden om deze functie succesvol in te vullen.
  • Vaardigheden: Je hebt een grondige kennis van Microsoft 365 en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een mooie plus.
  • Multitasken is jouw tweede natuur: Een volle mailbox of meerdere taken tegelijk zijn voor jou geen probleem. Je blijft kalm en georganiseerd, zelfs als het druk is.
  • Affiniteit met IT: Je hebt een sterke interesse in de IT-sector en hebt kennis van de nieuwste technologieën en tools. Als je al ervaring hebt met IT-systemen, is dat een grote bonus.
  • Klantgericht: Je hebt een klantgerichte instelling en weet snel de behoeften van je collega’s of klanten te begrijpen. Het oplossen van problemen en het bieden van passende oplossingen is iets waar jij energie van krijgt.
  • Nauwkeurigheid: Je werkt gedetailleerd en nauwkeurig en zorgt ervoor dat alles perfect op elkaar aansluit. De kwaliteit van je werk staat voor jou altijd voorop.
  • Teamspeler: Je werkt graag in een team en haalt energie uit het samenwerken met collega’s. Samen moeilijke taken tot een goed einde brengen geeft jou voldoening.
