Je hebt veel contact met (internationale) klanten en werkt nauw samen met collega's, waaronder collega's uit Duitsland. Je zorgt ervoor dat afspraken goed worden opgevolgd en dat de administratie altijd op orde is. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opstellen en verwerken van offertes; - Verwerken en opvolgen van orders; - Onderhouden van contact met (internationale) klanten; - Meedenken over passende oplossingen voor klanten; - Veelvuldig schakelen met collega's uit Duitsland; - Bijhouden en verwerken van prijslijsten; - Vastleggen en verwerken van klantafspraken; - Ondersteunen bij servicevragen en klachten; - Zorgen dat de administratieve verwerking correct en volledig is.
