Ben jij administratief sterk, analytisch en technisch onderlegd? Voor een internationaal actief productiebedrijf zoeken we een Sales Support Medewerker die onze verkoopafdeling ondersteunt bij het samenstellen van correcte en volledig uitgewerkte dossiers.

In deze functie ligt de nadruk op verkoopondersteuning, niet op actieve verkoop

  • Je werkt nauw samen met externe sales, engineering en calculatie om verkoopdossiers tijdig en correct samen te stellen.
  • Je leest en interpreteert aanbestedingen, lastenboeken en contracten, en past de juiste vereisten toe in de dossiers.
  • Je hebt rechtstreeks contact met klanten en vertegenwoordigers.
  • Je communiceert professioneel via mail, Teams en telefoon in het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een plus.
  • Tijdens je inwerkperiode word je intensief begeleid door collega’s en de verschillende betrokken afdelingen.
  • Ervaring in een sales- of sales support functie is een plus.
  • Je hebt een A1-diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt kennis van openbare aanbestedingsprocedures.
  • Je werkt proactief, stelt gerichte vragen en verzamelt de nodige informatie om dossiers volledig uit te werken.
  • Je bent punctueel, gestructureerd en weet deadlines feilloos te halen.
  • Je beheerst het Office-pakket.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels; Frans en/of Duits is mooi meegenomen.
