Onze klant zoekt een commercieel administratief talent dat de interne motor vormt achter het salesproces. Je ondersteunt de vertegenwoordigers actief door afspraken te organiseren, klanten professioneel op te volgen en administratieve processen efficiënt te beheren.

Dankzij jarenlange expertise, kwalitatieve producten en een sterke focus op klantenservice hebben zij een uitstekende reputatie opgebouwd binnen hun sector. Ter versterking van het commerciële team zoeken zij een georganiseerde en communicatief sterke professional die graag de spilfiguur vormt tussen klanten, vertegenwoordigers en interne diensten.

Omschrijving

  • Inplannen van afspraken voor vertegenwoordigers bij klanten in Nederland en Duitsland.
  • Opstellen van efficiënte bezoekplanningen en routes.
  • Uitwerken van offertes en administratief opvolgen van bestellingen.
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van klantendossiers van aanvraag tot levering.
  • Ondersteunen bij evenementen, opendeurdagen en commerciële acties.
  • Verzorgen van diverse administratieve en organisatorische taken ter ondersteuning van het sales team.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantrelaties.
  • Professioneel behandelen van vragen, opmerkingen en klachten van klanten.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere optimalisatie van commerciële processen.
  • Beschikt over een eerste ervaring binnen sales support, customer service of een administratief-commerciële functie.
  • Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Engels en Duits.
  • Heeft een klantgerichte en commerciële mindset.
  • Werkt zelfstandig en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Is sterk in planning, organisatie en opvolging.
  • Kan prioriteiten stellen en behoudt overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Ziet uitdagingen en klachten als kansen om de klantenervaring te verbeteren.
  • Functioneert uitstekend binnen een team en draagt bij aan een positieve werksfeer.
  • Is resultaatsgericht en voelt zich comfortabel in een omgeving met doelstellingen.
