De functie inhoud Hoe ziet een dag van een Sales Support Officer eruit?

  • Je ondersteunt je collega’s van de buitendienst bij het onderhouden van bestaande klanten in het betreffende segment op de Belgische markt.
  • De behandeling van orders, telefonische vragen en klachten van vaste klanten los je op een efficiënte en commerciële wijze op.
  • Beheer van de klantenportefeuille alsook proactieve communicatie zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Correcte administratieve input en permanent up-to-date houden van klantgegevens, contracten en dossiers in ons systeem. Waken over de volledigheid en correctheid van data.
  • Werken aan gedigitaliseerde oplossingen (rapporteringen, order entry, …) voor je klant.
  • Ijveren bij andere afdelingen voor een correcte en snelle afhandeling van de orders van de klanten in portefeuille en dit van A tot Z.

Ze helpen hun klanten om de milieu-impact te verminderen en zo in te spelen op de klimaat noodsituatie. Deze internationale speler stelt meer dan 4000 mensen te werk in België en heeft een omzet van 800 miljoen euro.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een professionele bachelor met daarnaast de nodige sales- en commerciële kwaliteiten.
  • Communicatief ben je sterk in het Nederlands en Frans, dit zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Naast administratief sterk, ben je flexibel, een echte teamplayer en lever je graag kwalitatief werk af.
  • MS Office (Excel) heeft geen geheimen voor jou. Kennis van SAP is een extra troef.
