De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Sales Support Officer?

  • Je ondersteunt het sales team proactief met het voorbereiden en structureren van offertes in samenwerking met de verschillende interne afdelingen
  • Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt en ondersteunt de Sales Manager bij klantbezoeken, seminaries en beurzen
  • Het bewaken van de kwaliteit en samenhang van het volledige offertepakket en zorgt ervoor dat het voldoet aan alle vereisten vóór verzending naar de klant of agent
  • Je screent offerteaanvragen op volledigheid, verzamelt de juiste input en werkt nauw samen met de projectplanner en pre-sales engineering om deadlines te respecteren
  • Na aanvaarding van de offerte stel je orderbevestigingen en verkoopovereenkomsten op en volg je het verdere administratieve proces op tot aan ondertekening

  • Je bent in het bezit van minimum een bachelordiploma én kan daarnaast terugblikken op enkele jaren ervaring in soortgelijke functie binnen administratie en commerciële ondersteuning
  • Naast Nederlands kan je je ook vlot uitdrukken in het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Vertrouwd met MS Office en verschillende ERP-systemen waaronder SAP? Aarzel dan zeker niet te solliciteren!
  • Tot slot ben je organisatorisch sterk, nauwkeurig en kan je vlot schakelen tussen verschillende prioriteiten
