Consultant of freelance sales support officer te Gent gezocht

Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot met een passie voor commerciële ondersteuning? Hou je van variatie, een dynamische internationale omgeving en krijg je energie van klantgericht werken?

Voor een toonaangevende internationale speler in de FMCG-sector op locatie in Gent is Randstad Professionals op zoek naar een gedreven Sales Support Officer die het team van account managers wil ondersteunen. Deze opdracht loopt door tot de zomer 2027.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Sales Support Officer ben jij de administratieve en operationele spilfiguur binnen het Belgische Sales-team. Je werkt nauw samen met de Account Managers en zorgt ervoor dat accountplannen vlekkeloos worden uitgevoerd.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Commerciële en administratieve ondersteuning: Beheren van je eigen klantenportfolio en nauwkeurig verwerken van nieuwe jaarovereenkomsten, productvoorstellen en promoties.
  • Klantencontact & service: Aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten bij operationele vragen en rapporteringen. Je streeft altijd naar maximale klanttevredenheid en ondersteunt hun groei.
  • Interne samenwerking: Schakelen met diverse afdelingen zoals Marketing, Customer Supply Chain en Finance om alles op wieltjes te laten lopen.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Opleiding & ervaring: Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of kan een relevante ervaring voorleggen in een soortgelijke ondersteunende functie.
  • IT-kennis: Vloeiende kennis van MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ervaring met SAP en/of Salesforce is een grote troef!
  • Competenties: Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail. Daarnaast ben je stressbestendig, flexibel en weet je snel de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Talen: Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
  • Attitude: Je bent een proactieve teamplayer die van aanpakken weet.
