De Outdoor afdeling richt zich op de verkoop van buitenzonwering aan het loyale en professionele dealernetwerk. Het Outdoor-team is een afdeling binnen de grotere customer serviceafdeling en bestaat uit een manager, vier collega's sales support en een medewerker Order Entry. Als medewerker Sales Support ben jij de ambassadeur van ons A-merk en schakel jij met de Accountmanagers in de buitendienst, dealers en productielocaties. Onze klanten hebben een hoge verwachting van onze dienstverlening, dit maak jij waar door: - Het aannemen van de telefoon; - Telefonisch of per mail onze klanten te adviseren; - Het maken van kostprijs calculaties; - Bijhouden van het CRM-systeem; - Indien nodig ondersteunen van de collega order entry.
