Als Sales Support Outdoor bij Luxaflex® Nederland ben je het aanspreekpunt tussen ons A-merkteam, de Accountmanagers, dealers en productielocaties. Je werkt in een gezellig Outdoor-team binnen de grotere customer serviceafdeling en zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten de servicekwaliteit krijgen die zij van ons verwachten. Wat ga je doen? - Inkomende telefoontjes aannemen en klanten telefonisch of per mail adviseren over buitenzonwering - Kostprijs calculaties maken voor dealers en klanten - Het CRM-systeem bijhouden en up-to-date houden - Indien nodig ondersteuning geven aan je collega uit Order Entry Wat neem je mee? - Enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie zoals commercieel medewerker, sales support, verkoopondersteuning of technisch support - Beschikbaarheid voor 32 tot 40 uur per week - Het vermogen om makkelijk te schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden, vooral in drukke periodes - Voordeel: ervaring met technische specificaties van outdoor producten of kennis van de zonweringsbranche (maar niet verplicht - ons inwerktraject brengt je snel op niveau) Wat bieden we? - Brutosalaris tussen €3.262 en €3.755, afhankelijk van ervaring - 2% vaste eindejaarsuitkering en resultaatafhankelijke bonusregeling tot 3% extra - Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens cao metalektro: 27 verlofdagen, 13 vrije roosterdagen, 8% vakantiegeld, vergoeding van €0,25 per km, pensioenregeling en opleidingsfinanciering - Uitgebreide inwerktraject met producttrainingen, 1-op-1 begeleiding en ondersteuning van collega's - Na de inwerkperiode mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen Luxaflex® Over Luxaflex ...
