Arbeitszeit: 38,5 h pro Woche

Deine Aufgaben

* Gesamtverantwortung für Dein Vertriebsinnendienst Team (Organisation, Ergebnisse, Abläufe)

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung Deines Teams in der Niederlassung Zirl auf Augenhöhe

* Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft sowie Sicherstellung von Auftrags- und Angebotswesen

* Kennzahlen analysieren und Maßnahmen ableiten

* Sicherstellen von reibungslosen Abläufen im Abholmarkt und in der Team-Organisation

* Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung

Fühlt sich das richtig für dich an?

Was du mitbringst

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung

* Abgeschlossene, passende Ausbildung

* Freude an analytischer Arbeit im Vertrieb und an der Arbeit mit Menschen

* Wertschätzende und klare Kommunikation

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Organisationsstärke, Eigenverantwortung und Hands-on-Mentalität

Es gilt der Kollektivvertrag Handel mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
