Voor een gevestigde en sterk groeiende KMO in de regio Brugge zijn wij op zoek naar een Technisch Commercieel Verantwoordelijke met een passie voor veevoeding en klantgericht advies. Deze West-Vlaamse producent heeft zich door de jaren heen een stevige positie opgebouwd binnen de veevoederindustrie en staat bekend om zijn vakkennis, betrouwbaarheid en lange-termijnrelaties met klanten. Vanuit hun Belgische hoofdzetel, aangevuld met een buitenlandse productievestiging, bedienen ze zowel lokale landbouwers als internationale klanten. Met een team van 45 medewerkers, waarvan meer dan 30 in België actief zijn, realiseren ze een jaaromzet van ongeveer 50 miljoen euro. De organisatie ademt ondernemerschap, met korte lijnen, een dynamische aanpak en een hoge betrokkenheid bij klant én collega. Ter versterking van het team zoeken ze een gedreven professional die technische expertise weet te combineren met commerciële feeling en zo mee helpt bouwen aan de verdere groei van het bedrijf.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bezoekt landbouwers op het terrein en adviseert hen over de optimale voedermengsels voor hun dieren
  • Je bouwt sterke relaties op met bestaande klanten en blijft alert voor nieuwe opportuniteiten in de regio
  • Daarnaast beheer je je eigen planning en stel je je agenda zelfstandig samen
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van andere afdelingen om klanten het best mogelijke advies en service te bieden
  • Samen met het team wordt gezocht naar manieren om de zichtbaarheid en impact van het bedrijf in de markt te vergroten
  • Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma in Bio-Ingenieur, Landbouwkunde, Dierproductie, Dierenarts of een verwante richting
  • Een eerste ervaring in de veevoedersector is een grote troef, maar ook enthousiaste schoolverlaters zijn welkom
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands; een basiskennis Frans is mooi meegenomen
