Sales Trainee Leren. Ontdekken. Bouwen aan je eigen pad. Sales Fulltime Beschrijving Als Sales Trainee start je met een 3 maanden durende deep dive in onze wereld: DOOH, media, sales, technologie en interne processen. Je leert hoe campagnes worden opgebouwd, hoe sales werkt en hoe CSDM technisch en commercieel in elkaar zit. We maken je volledig CSDM-eigen. Tijdens deze periode werk je mee aan campagnes, presentaties, mediaplannen, events en klantopdrachten. Je krijgt een vaste buddy en wordt intensief begeleid door de Sales Directors en het sales team. Na deze periode bepalen we samen jouw pad - volledig gebaseerd op jouw talent, voorkeur en drive. Accountmanager? Creatieve sales? Bureauzijde? Data gedreven sales? You name it. Je creëert je eigen rol, en wij helpen je hem waar te maken. Wie ben jij? Je bent leergierig, energiek en communicatief sterk. Je wil graag de mediasector in, en zoekt een plek waar je hard kunt groeien én jezelf kunt ontwikkelen. Jij bent iemand die: - Snel leert en nieuwsgierig is - Initiatief neemt en dingen oppakt zonder dat iemand het vraagt - Energie krijgt van commerciële én creatieve projecten - Graag bouwt aan relaties en campagnes - Een ondernemende mindset heeft Wat bieden wij? - Intensieve begeleiding + 3 maanden deep dive - Een persoonlijk groeipad afgestemd op jouw voorkeuren en talent - Werken met DOOH, Giant Formats en CSDM's eigen tech (MyAdBooker + Macedonische tech-hub) - Hybride werken vanuit Amsterdam - Meegaan naar events: DGTL, ADE, Museumnacht, F1-events, Ziggo Dome, mediaborrels - Marktconform salaris - Een organisatie waar initiatief en talent veel sneller wordt gezien dan je denkt Wat wij vragen - Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau - Interesse in media, marketing en/of sales - Leergierig, proactief en communicatief sterk - Ondernemende houding (essentieel om bij CSDM te slagen) Solliciteren?
