Bij Incomme verkoop je HR- en softwareoplossingen die organisaties helpen beter te werken. Je krijgt ruimte om marktkansen te ontwikkelen en bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging tot en met de opdracht. - - Mail naar [email protected] - - Jouw commerciële opdracht Je werkt voor meerdere Incomme-labels en diensten in HR, payroll en software. Je start gericht met één of twee proposities. Samen met onze marketingcollega bepaal je welke doelgroep je benadert, welk probleem je oplost en welke boodschap overtuigt. • Prospects actief benaderen via telefoon, LinkedIn, e-mail en je netwerk. • Campagnes en mailings opvolgen en interesse omzetten in concrete afspraken. • Klantbehoeften achterhalen, oplossingen presenteren en met specialisten demo's verzorgen. • Offertes uitwerken, opvolgen en onderhandelen om opdrachten binnen te halen. • Verkoopkansen bijhouden in CRM, met voor iedere lead een volgende actie en datum. Je bespreekt regelmatig de voortgang in afspraken, verkoopkansen en omzet. De inhoudelijke uitvoering en implementatie liggen bij onze consultants; jij bewaakt de commerciële opvolging. Dit past bij jou Je hebt ervaring in sales, accountmanagement, recruitment of zakelijke dienstverlening en hbo-werk- en denkniveau. Je stapt gemakkelijk op nieuwe klanten af, vraagt door en volgt afspraken consequent op. Je kunt laten zien hoe je van een eerste contact een klant hebt gemaakt. HR-kennis mag je bij ons opbouwen. Ervaren consultants en developers helpen je onze oplossingen te begrijpen, zodat je inhoudelijk sterker verkoopt. Je brengt nieuwsgierigheid naar HR en software...
