Als Salesforce Administrator bij Jelle ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, configureren en verder verbeteren van onze Salesforce-omgeving. Salesforce speelt een belangrijke rol binnen onze dagelijkse processen. Recruitment, sales en backoffice werken allemaal met het systeem. Je kijkt hoe collega's Salesforce gebruiken, waar processen beter kunnen en welke werkzaamheden slimmer of efficiënter kunnen worden ingericht. Je beheert de dagelijkse inrichting van Salesforce en voert zelfstandig aanpassingen door. Denk aan workflows, velden, gebruikersrechten, rapportages en automatiseringen. Daarnaast analyseer je gebruikerswensen en vertaal je deze naar praktische oplossingen binnen het systeem. Je kijkt ook verder dan alleen Salesforce. Je denkt mee over hoe Salesforce samenwerkt met andere applicaties en waar integraties of automatiseringen kunnen bijdragen aan betere interne processen.
