The posting

- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van het Application Support Team en de Business Process Owners voor alles wat Salesforce en Bullhorn aangaat.

- Je staat in voor het dagdagelijks beheer van onze salesforce / bullhorn omgeving. Dit betekent dat je instaat voor de support van gebruikers, beheer van de data, bewaken van de security vereisten van onze CISO.

- Je werkt samen met onze Integratie Architect op zoek naar efficiënte oplossingen om integraties met eigen applicaties en klant systemen te bewerkstellingen in een secure en stabiele omgeving.

- Je vertaalt business vraagstukken in oplossingen binnen het salesforce/bullhorn platform.

- Je automatiseert repetitieve taken om onze consulenten in de kantoren maximaal te ontzorgen.

- Je beheert en configureert de operationele dashboards om de relevante informatie en taken zichtbaar te maken

- Je implementeert de GDPR vereisten van ons Legal afdeling zodat persoonlijke gegevens bewaakt worden

- Je bewaakt het master data model in nauw overleg met onze Sr. Data Officer en gaat bij gevraagde wijzigingen eerst het data governance proces in gang zetten. - **Customer Service** – Je bent service minded en het technisch aanspreekpunt voor onze interne klanten en het gezicht van PROMAN naar onze klanten toe.

- **Data analyse taken** – Een gedegen kennis van Excel en SQL is een must.

- **Probleem oplossend** – Je bent analytisch ingesteld en kan een probleem vertalen naar een oplossing die fit-for-purpose is.

- **Salesforce Platform** – Je kent de belangrijkste concepten van de Salesforce architectuur en kan die gebruiken om efficiënte oplossingen te implementeren.

- **Integratie services** – Om snelle oplossingen te realiseren kan je aan de slag met APEX, Lightning, Einstein.
