Als Salesforce Automation Specialist bij Jelle ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, optimaliseren en automatiseren van processen binnen Salesforce en andere digitale systemen. Je analyseert hoe collega's binnen recruitment, sales en backoffice werken en kijkt waar processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen worden ingericht. Je vertaalt gebruikersbehoeften naar praktische oplossingen binnen Salesforce en helpt bij het bouwen en verbeteren van workflows en automatiseringen. Daarnaast werk je aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze digitale omgeving. Je implementeert nieuwe functionaliteiten, test wijzigingen en denkt mee over koppelingen tussen Salesforce en andere systemen. Je bent ook een aanspreekpunt voor collega's bij technische vragen. Je helpt bij het oplossen van praktische problemen en zorgt ervoor dat systemen goed blijven aansluiten op de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
