Daarbij zijn thema's als personalisatie en segmentatie van belang. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met: - Het creëren van geavanceerde multi-channel campagnes, inclusief personalisatie en segmentatie; - Het beheren en onderhouden van data-integraties tussen Salesforce Marketing Cloud en o.a. Salesforce CRM; - Het identificeren en oplossen van technische problemen en het bieden van technische ondersteuning aan het marketingteam; - Behartigen van belangen van marketing/communicatie richting IT, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van datakwaliteit; - Het meedenken, pionieren, sturen en inspireren op het gebied van Marketing Automation. wat vinden wij belangrijk?
