Je onderzoekt hoe deze innovaties kunnen bijdragen aan slimmere processen en een betere gebruikerservaring. Concreet houd je je bezig met: - Doorontwikkelen en optimaliseren van Salesforce en de bijbehorende businessprocessen - Vertalen van businessbehoeften naar schaalbare en toekomstbestendige oplossingen - Configureren en verbeteren van Salesforce-functionaliteiten binnen afgesproken kaders - Bewaken en verbeteren van de datakwaliteit binnen het Salesforce-domein - Requirements kritisch challengen en meedenken over de beste oplossingsrichting - Stimuleren van adoptie en optimaal gebruik van Salesforce door key users en eindgebruikers - Actief signaleren en toepassen van nieuwe mogelijkheden op het gebied van AI, automatisering en agentic workflows - Samenwerken met leveranciers en externe partners bij complexe vraagstukken en implementaties - Ondersteunen bij supportvraagstukken waar nodig - Bijdragen aan de Salesforce-roadmap en d...
