Samen met je recruiters val jij de markt aan als professional binnen de proces- en maak industrie. De vestiging in Hilversum is makkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer vanaf bijvoorbeeld Utrecht, Hilversum of Amsterdam. Wat ga je doen? Als Salesmanager Staffing ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het behalen van je commerciële doelstellingen. Jij bent de local hero. Je houdt je op regionaal niveau bezig met binden van bestaande en nieuwe klanten aan VAPRO om zo je klantaandeel bij de klanten te vergroten en je bouwt een langdurige relatie met je klanten op. Je verkoopt het brede pallet van VAPRO diensten en bent gespecialiseerd in de VAPRO Staffing diensten. Je hebt interesse en begrijpt de vraagstukken bij de klant en samen zoek je naar de juiste oplossing. Je plaatst door de recruiters geworven collega's bij klanten. Je werkzaamheden zullen voornamelijk bestaan uit: - Zorg dragen voor het realiseren van de omzetdoelstellingen van staffing de regio Noord Nederland. - Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van effectieve verkoopstrategieën voor de diensten van VAPRO Staffing. - Identificeren en acquisitie verrichten voor nieuwe klanten. - Het voeren van contractonderhandelingen. - Actief onderhouden van sterke relaties met bestaande klanten. - Vertegenwoordigen van VAPRO tijdens (regionale) netwerkactiviteiten en evenementen. - Het achterhalen van de behoefte van klanten, om het brede pa...
