Wij zoeken een salesmanager die verder kijkt dan de standaard. Iemand die de grafische industrie kent én nieuwe markten weet aan te boren, zonder de bestaande cultuur uit het oog te verliezen. Je bent een commercieel sterke relatiebouwer met een relevant netwerk, die begrijpt dat vertrouwen en samenwerking de sleutel zijn tot succes.

In deze rol werk je zelfstandig aan omzetgroei, maar altijd in verbinding met collega’s en klanten. Je hebt oog voor haalbare doelen, bent geduldig en weet dat echte groei tijd kost. Je voelt je thuis in een familiebedrijf en weet hoe je je weg vindt binnen een traditionele structuur.

Wat ga je doen?

Actief benaderen van potentiële klanten in de grafische sector (B2B)

Uitbouwen van relaties met bestaande klanten en nieuwe opdrachtgevers

Opstellen en uitvoeren van verkoopplannen

Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en klantbehoeften

Samenwerken met interne afdelingen zoals productie en planning

Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in de grafische industrie

Een actief netwerk in relevante branches

Sterke commerciële en communicatieve vaardigheden

Geduld, doorzettingsvermogen en realistische doelen
