Samen met zo'n veertig collega's zorgen we ervoor dat er elke dag een paar honderd vakmensen hun werk goed kunnen uitvoeren bij onze klanten. Onze klantenkring bestaat met name uit MKB bedrijven die werkzaamheden uitvoeren in de technische sector, vastgoedonderhoud, hoveniersbranche en de jachtbouw/meubelbranche. Je hoeft geen vakspecifieke kennis te hebben als je maar een brede interesse hebt in de mens en in organisaties en ervan houd om op verschillende niveaus te kunnen communiceren. De rest leren wij je bij in combinatie met je opleiding bij Essenzo. De Baan Tijdens dit pittige duale traject waarbij je 4 dagen per week vanuit ons kantoor in Harderwijk werkt en één dag in de week onderhanden wordt genomen door Essenzo wordt je in twee jaar opgeleid tot de accountmanager van de toekomst. Er wordt gespijkerd aan je persoonlijke vorming, leiderschap, sales vaardigheden, marketing en nog veel meer. Na het inwerktraject binnen BaanMeesters leer de je de organisatie beter kennen en bestaan je werkzaamheden uit: - Het onderhouden en uitbreiden van klantencontact; - Kandidaten werven en selecteren voor onze vacatures; - Het bedenken van acties; - Meedenken in het geheel van de organisatie; - Koffie drinken. Functie Eisen Er wordt veel van je gevraagd qua werk en opleiding dus je dient een stevige portie doorzettingsvermogen te hebben en HBO werk- en denkniveau om dit traject aan te kunnen. Je hoeft geen ervaring te hebben binnen de recruitment of verdere vakkennis te hebben. Wel moet je een brede interesse hebben in de mens en organisatie zodat je stukje bij beetje gaat leren wat onze klanten precies doen, hoe ze denken en wat hun wensen zijn.
