Vanwege de sterke groei van ons bedrijf is er een fulltime vacature ontstaan voor een gedreven en ervaren salesmanager. Wij zijn op zoek naar… Je beschikt over een HBO- werk en denkniveau en tenminste vijf jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in een (commercieel) leidinggevende automotive (retail) positie. Het is voor jou een tweede natuur om strategische zaken te kunnen vertalen naar praktische doelstellingen, waarbij je oog hebt voor zowel het commerciële belang als het bedrijfsbelang. Je bent een volwaardig gesprekspartner op alle niveaus, die op doortastende wijze snel tot de kern van de zaak weet te komen. Je bent een vooruitstrevende, resultaatgerichte en authentieke motivator die zijn collega's aan zich weet te binden en verantwoordelijkheden delegeert. Door jouw strategisch inzicht werk je planmatig en weet je knelpunten tijdig te signaleren. Je beschikt over een uitgesproken commerciële instelling en visie, een brede bedrijfsmatige ontwikkeling en een sterk ontwikkeld analytisch inzicht. Verder ben je een stevige en omgevingsbewuste persoonlijkheid met uitstekende communicatieve- en sociale vaardigheden. Je bent creatief, coöperatief en vertuigend en bij jou is een afspraak ook daadwerkelijk een afspraak. Het denken in structuren, concepten en processen is eveneens een van jouw kernkwaliteiten evenals een nuchtere en praktische handelswijze. Tot slot stel je het resultaat centraal en ben je hierdoor bereid te netwerken buiten kantooruren. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Het betreft een fulltime functie voor 40 uur per week.
