Bij Eurojob zoeken we een Sales Manager die het commerciële domein naar zich toe trekt. De nadruk ligt op sales. Je richt je op het creëren van nieuwe kansen, het uitbreiden van ons netwerk binnen de supermarktbranche en het realiseren van nieuwe samenwerkingen. Daarbij geloven we niet in snelle verkooppraatjes of harde acquisitie. We zoeken iemand die vertrouwen opbouwt, de juiste vragen stelt en vanuit inhoud en betrokkenheid nieuwe klanten aan Eurojob weet te verbinden. Daarbij blijf je ook betrokken bij onze bestaande klanten en zie je kansen om relaties verder uit te bouwen.

Naast sales speel je ook een belangrijke rol in de marketing van Eurojob. Je denkt mee over onze positionering in de markt, volgt ontwikkelingen binnen de branche en draagt bij aan campagnes en commerciële activiteiten die onze zichtbaarheid vergroten.

Wat ga je doen?

- Je bouwt aan nieuwe relaties binnen de supermarktbranche; - Je onderhoudt contact met bestaande klanten en signaleert commerciële kansen; - Je voert gesprekken met potentiële klanten en laat zien hoe Eurojob hen kan ondersteunen; - Je volgt marktontwikkelingen en signaleert kansen voor verdere groei; - Je denkt mee over marketingcampagnes, zichtbaarheid en positionering; - Je helpt Eurojob verder groeien door commerciële kansen te signaleren en te benutten.

Jij bent ondernemend, commercieel ingesteld en weet mensen op een natuurlijke manier voor je te winnen. Je krijgt energie van new business, denkt in kansen en bent niet bang om initiatief te nemen. Je bouwt relaties op basis van vertrouwen en vindt het leuk om mee te denken over hoe Eurojob verder kan groeien, zowel op commercieel vlak als op het gebied van zichtbaarheid en positionering.
