Wat je gaat doen Als Salesmedewerker Telefonisch ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor leden en geïnteresseerden van een internationale beroepsvereniging voor finance professionals. Jij belt en mailt met professionals die meer willen weten over certificeringen en opleidingen zoals CMA, FMAA en CSCA. Je helpt hen bij het maken van de juiste keuze en ondersteunt bij het inschrijfproces. Op een gemiddelde werkdag ben je bezig met het opvolgen van leads, het beantwoorden van vragen en het enthousiasmeren van potentiële leden. Je werkt zelfstandig, pakt de telefoon zonder aarzeling op en schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende gesprekspartners binnen heel Europa. Je houdt contact via telefoon en e-mail, verwerkt alles netjes in het CRM-systeem en zorgt dat iedereen de juiste informatie ontvangt. Eén keer per maand kom je samen met je team op kantoor in Amsterdam om bij te praten en successen te delen. De rest van de maand werk je vanuit huis.
