Wir suchen für unseren Flagshipstore 1 Salon- und Academyleitung m/w/x Du stehst seit Jahren hinter dem Stuhl, beherrschst Schnitt und Farbe - und spürst: Da geht noch mehr. Du willst nicht nur Haare gestalten, sondern einen ganzen Salon prägen und Menschen begleiten, die von dir lernen. Genau dafür suchen wir dich.

DEINE ROLLE - DAS BEWEGST DU

¿ Du führst unseren Flagship-Salon in der Porzellangasse - mit Herz, Klarheit und einem Blick für Zahlen

¿ Du coachst, motivierst und entwickelst unser Team und bringst jede:n Einzelne:n weiter

¿ Du stehst weiterhin selbst am Stuhl - als kreatives Vorbild und Expert:in für Farbe & Schnitt

¿ Du planst und koordinierst Seminare in unserer Academy - national und international, gemeinsam mit unserem Education Manager

¿ Du verantwortest Produkt-Launches und präsentierst Neuheiten - als Gesicht unseres Flagship-Stores für den österreichischen Markt

¿ Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und entwickelst Salon und Academy aktiv weiter

¿ Du behältst den Überblick über Bestellungen, Kassa und Tagesabschluss

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

¿ Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Friseur:in / Stylist:in mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung - idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Coloration

¿ Erste Führungserfahrung (z. B. als Stellvertretung oder Ausbildungsverantwortliche:r) - oder den echten Wunsch, jetzt Verantwortung zu übernehmen

¿ Freude daran, dein Wissen weiterzugeben und andere wachsen zu sehen

¿ Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und unternehmerisches Denken

¿ Positive Ausstrahlung, souveränes Auftreten und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen

¿ Bewusstsein für Nachhaltigkeit und ressourcenschonendes Arbeiten

GEHALT

Bruttomonatsgehalt ab EUR 2.300 (Vollzeit, 40 Std./Woche) - mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Zusätzlich: 1.000 € Startprämie (500 € zum Start + 500 € innerhalb von 12 Monaten).
