Medewerkers voeren voornamelijk werkzaamheden uit op de staalafdeling en kunnen bij behoefte ook op de RVS-afdeling worden ingezet. De organisatie stimuleert vakmanschap en faciliteert mogelijkheden voor opleidingen en cursussen zodat medewerkers zich kunnen ontwikkelen. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit samenstellen vanaf tekening, MIG/MAG en TIG lassen en het in- en afstellen van machines en gereedschappen.
