Je zorgt ervoor dat constructiedelen nauwkeurig worden samengesteld en gelast volgens tekening en kwaliteitseisen. Aan de hand van technische tekeningen stel je onderdelen samen en hecht je deze in een mal. Vervolgens worden de onderdelen door een lasrobot afgelast of voer je zelf aanvullende laswerkzaamheden uit. Daarna werk je de lasnaden netjes af door middel van slijpwerkzaamheden.Naast het lassen zorg je ervoor dat materialen veilig worden verplaatst met behulp van hijsmiddelen en controleer je of de maatvoering voldoet aan de kwaliteitseisen.Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je werkt aan verschillende producten en draagt direct bij aan het eindresultaat. - Samenstellen en hechten van onderdelen in een mal; - CO2 lassen en MIG/MAG laswerk uitvoeren; - Werken met en rondom moderne lasrobots; - Slijpwerkzaamheden uitvoeren voor een nette afwerking; - Materialen transporteren met hijsmiddelen; - Controleren van maatvoering en kwaliteit; - Technische tekeningen lezen en opvolgen.
