Voor een metaalbewerkingsbedrijf in Kinrooi, zoeken we een samensteller/lasser die graag werkt aan uitdagende projecten. Onze klant maakt unieke, grote en technisch complexe metalen constructies voor verschillende sectoren. Dit doen ze met een team van zo’n 25 medewerkers – waarvan velen al jarenlang in dienst zijn. Er staat dus enorm veel expertise op de werkvloer. Door de groei zijn ze op zoek naar versterking.Als samensteller krijg je de kans om unieke en uitdagende projecten te realiseren. Geen standaard industriebouw, geen seriewerk: elk stuk dat je maakt is anders, grootser én technisch complexer.

Jobomschrijving

Samenstellen van grote, zware en zeer specifieke metalen constructies.Lezen van plannen en zelfstandig opbouwen van complexe projecten.Werken met rolbruggen voor verplaatsingen van onderdelen.Werken op hoogtes (soms tot 4 meter) – met behulp van hoogtewerker.Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega’s en de lassers die het aflassen verder afwerken.Door de grootte en complexiteit van de stukken is dit een job voor mensen die graag creatief, technisch en praktisch bezig zijn en voldoening halen uit knap staaltje metaalwerk.

Ervaring heeft als samensteller/lasser, of voldoende basiskennis en motivatie om te groeien.Plannen kan lezen en zelfstandig kunnen werken.Indien je kan werken met een rolbrug is dat een pluspunt.Graag werken aan grote constructies en niet bang zijn om te klimmen of op hoogte te werken.Veilig en nauwkeurig werkt.Deel wil uitmaken van een loyaal en hecht team.Zowel ervaren lassers als gemotiveerde juniors zijn welkom
