Als Sampling Planner bij Forbo Group ben je het brein achter de planning en coördinatie van samples en speciale aanvragen. Je werkt in een klein, hecht team en schakelt met sales, marketing, productie, logistiek en externe partners om ervoor te zorgen dat vraag en capaciteit altijd in balans zijn. Wat ga je doen? - Capaciteits- en personeelsplanningen voor de eigen productieafdeling opstellen en bijstellen op basis van fluctuerende vraag - Knelpunten vroegtijdig signaleren en waar nodig aanvullende capaciteit organiseren - Bestellingen van samples bij externe vestigingen verzorgen en offertes opstellen voor speciale aanvragen - Voortgang bewaken en ervoor zorgen dat klanten en interne stakeholders tijdig over de juiste producten beschikken - Productintroducties ondersteunen door al het benodigde materiaal op tijd beschikbaar te stellen - Actief bijdragen aan verbetering, vereenvoudiging en standaardisering van processen Wat neem je mee? - MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Supply Chain - Enige ervaring in een plannings- of coördinerende functie - Uitstekende Excel-vaardigheden; ervaring met SAP is een pré - Je hebt oog voor detail, bent analytisch sterk en kunt goed overzicht houden bij nauwkeurig werk - Je bent proactief, ziet problemen aankomen en werkt deze preventief weg - Je doorziet processen snel, maakt nieuwe werkzaamheden gemakkelijk eigen en schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende stakeholders - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels - Affiniteit met procesverbetering en continu verbeteren Wat bieden we? - Schaal 10 volgens cao Forbo Flooring B.V. bij voltijds dienstverband (38 uur) - Uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden - Mogelijkheid tot gedeeltelijk ...
