Als SAP Specialist verbind je business, key users en IT-partners. Je vertaalt hun behoeften naar werkende S/4HANA-oplossingen, ondersteunt implementaties en verbetert processen binnen O2C, P2P en SCM. Je werkt hands-on aan configuratie, testen en uitrol, en brengt structuur in incidenten en veranderingen.

Jouw takenpakket? - Meewerken aan de implementatie en uitrol van SAP S/4HANA voor Sales & Distribution - Support en onderhoud van het systeem verzorgen - Behoeften ophalen bij stakeholders en key users, verwachtingen scherpstellen - Fit-gap analyses uitvoeren en business requirements vertalen naar SAP-standaard - Configuratie ondersteunen, testscenario’s opzetten en uitrol begeleiden - Bestaande processen optimaliseren en SAP-functionaliteiten effectief inzetten - Verbeterpunten signaleren en business cases uitwerken voor nieuwe initiatieven - Incidenten, problemen en change requests opvolgen met de AMS-partner - Wereldwijde operationele processen ondersteunen binnen O2C, P2P, SCM en autorisaties - Samenwerken binnen een internationale context met duidelijke doelen en korte feedbacklijnen - Inzicht krijgen in end-to-end ketens en impact maken op dagelijkse operaties
