Deine Berufung

* Konzeption und Umsetzung individueller Kund:innenanforderugnen im SAP Umfeld

* Neuerstellung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Anwendungen im Bereich SAP HCM

* Durchführung von Customizing-Einstellungen im SAP-HCM-System der österreichischen Sozialversicherungsträger

* Analyse, Bearbeitung und Lösung von Problemmeldungen sowie Beratung der Key-User:innen

* Unterstützung bei Upgrades, Support Packages und Systemoptimierungen

* Entwicklung im SAP Fiori Umfeld

* Technische Beratung bei Umstellungsarbeiten und Prozessändeurngen in Personalabteilungen der Sozialversicherungsträger

* Koordination von Entwicklungsaufgaben sowie Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen inkl. Mitarbeit bei der Implementierung neuer SAP-Lösungen

Deine Qualifikation

* Umfassende Kenntnisse des SAP Produktes HCM

* Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der SAP ABAP Entwicklung

* Fundiertes Wissen in der SAP-Applikationsentwicklung (ABAP, ABAP Objects, FIORI)

* Gute Kenntnisse von SAP-Schnittstellentechnologien (ALE, IDoc, Webservices, XML)

* Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Mitarbeit an Projekten

* Verständnis der Personalprozesse von Vorteil

* Analytisches Mindset und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
